Older, as in \more knowledgeable\, staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. Teen staff is trying to be helpful, but they don't know much about their own products or it's location. The store is, most of the time, packed, very cluttered and not very pleasing to the eye. And from time to time good discounts on products!! Also various make up brands available. Long story short: Nice store, good products, lovely discounts, but no estheticly pleasing interior/image/look...
