Pros: Cheap prices compared to local pharmacies and very good marketing. Cons: - They do not accept prescriptions that are non-German even if the prescription is from the EU and they do not mention this in their website. - They take too long to answer e-mails (2-3 days) - Their customer support do not speak English. I had an experience with two of them, one was very unfriendly, and the other was good. - Your order gets canceled without them sending an e-mail or an SMS. You only see it by chance by visiting the website and checking out your order.

I can find in this online chemist shop, products which I cannot find elesewhere (cf. photo); especially Petrol-Hahn products (I am still waiting for the correspondant anti hair loss version of the schampoo) and a Neutrogena creme which I cannot even find in local chemist shops.

NO star actually - KEIN Stern !!! ATTENTION got at night around 4.14 am a email the order is on the way to me - checked by the delivery partner with tracking code - not true ! Next was a email to shop-apotheke to clearify - no answer for more than some hours - next i want to clearify this by a call - after more tha 16 minutes in the waiting line I hung up (sent them nearly each minute a mail again) So - actually NOT TRUSTABLE in business Think you could NOT oder here trusable still waiting for my order - NOT on the way to me
