I went this place for the first time today and the person that was helping the doctor it was very arrogant, and the prices are ridiculous. I don't recommend at all.

I felt just the important thing was just making money, I came for one problem with just cracked in my tooth, I know the problem, been to dentist 3 months ago and was checked so I wanted only treat the cracked, mentioned to nurse no need for x Ray, I was asked fastly to do x Ray and after it sending to more special x Ray which I noticed It is just try to get extra money from me, P. S I got refund twice of 32 euro to my bank account, can I know if it is the right amount or it was sent by mistake??

Het voorstel van dhr. Botman om een aanvraag te doen bij mijn ziektekostenverzekering te doen voor een bovengebit klikprothese werd door mij enthousiast ontvangen, het zou een uitkomst zijn voor mij. Er werden direct foto gemaakt die met een schrijven naar mijn verzekering zouden gaan. Ik zou na ongeveer 2 maanden iets horen van mijn verzekering. Na 3 maanden nog niks gehoord. Maar eens bellen. Wat blijkt er is totaal geen aanvraag ingediend. Wel heb ik de factuur van de foto's binnen gekregen . Ik ga dhr botman maar eens ernstig aan de tand voelen. Wel een factuur sturen , mij blij maken maar vervolgend alleen extra geld kwijt en nog steeds geen klikprothese.
