We stopped in for dinner at Trattoria da Jonny our first night in Venice, and then we made dinner reservations a few nights later. Both meals were extremely delicious. Service was friendly and warm, even though we didn’t speak Italian. The house red was tasty. Trattoria da Jonny was a little off the beaten path, which meant most diners were local or frequent guests, but we always felt welcome, and they remembered us on our second visit. Highly recommended.

Nice and quiet outdoor seating area. Good but pricey (count 15-20 euros for a antipasti or primi piatti). Service was fine until it got busy.
Super tasty seafood risotto. My mum and I loved it. The staff were also very lovely. I ordered a strawberry mousse for dessert and that was also great
