Wow! An old fort that's open to the public. There's a stage, restaurants, a café, multiple art studios, and a cat rescue inside with tons of kitties! It is extremely fun and I wish we had more time to hang out. Best of all, it has a \locals\ feel. Go visit and enjoy!!

We went to see a motorcycle exhibition, at 10am when it said on the Web page it was open. It wasn't. So we wandered around, but....had the best 2 course lunch, with house wine, and coffee for 25 for both of us! All fresh produce! Forte Marghera a pain to get to from Venice. Take the bus, but exhibition was great, and lovey to be away from the crowds, and seeing cars and vehicles on the road was really weird!
