Meal was fine. The cheesecake dessert is a bit lacking in fat in the cream and cream cheese relative to sugar. Allows for a consistent brown exterior but texture is a little grainy and flavour too much like normal cake. My courses were both quite a bit larger than my girlfriend’s courses. The wine was a natural one that became too yeasty as we worked through it. The staff are really great.

Quite pricey but this is not the kind of cuisine you can find in many places. Al Covo is part of these restaurants that are marking the rebirth of the Venetian cuisine: good quality products, high standard cuisine, traditional dishes with a touch of modernity and fusion. You should definitely have a try. The place is also very nice, quite modern but with always a connection to the tradition in order to remind you that you are in Venice; for instance glassware is from Murano.
Impeccable service, amazing fresh seafood, great desserts. All the food was done exceptionally well, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good, low key restaurant for seafood
Good products, good service and a nice wine list. They can improve the olive oil with a Tonda Iblea like @oliogretasofia
Featured on somebody feed Phil. Absolute shambles as usual. What’s new Phil. Terrible recommendation. Edible food - it’s not raw but definitely not a culinary treat. Jacked up prices not worthy of the food they serve. Nothing as shown on the netflix show.
