Great gelato but incredibly stingy portions. I had a 2 scoop tub that was really single size. Tubs designed with high floor to further accentuate the rip off! Very tasty but extremely poor value, won’t be going back.

One of my favourite places in Richmond! Amazing service from staff and such a collection of chocolate to choose from. Their gelato is some of the best I've tasted and crepes are also really good too. Would happily keep returning and recommending Venchi to others.
What a great customer service! The chocolate and the ice-cream range are simply delicious, the best! Surely, you cannot miss a visit, I definitely highly recommend this store.
I came Venchi to get some Christmas gifts, I was by the assistant “where is your mask” I politely said I was exempt. I was told I would not be able to look around the shop store without one and would have to stand at the front to choose products. The products I wanted were at the back of the shop. I like to be able to have a hands on experience when I look around and see the products for myself rather than a lengthy process of having to explain to the assistant what I would want. I came away feeling disappointed and felt discriminated against, is this the way now that you are not even allowed to shop without a mask? I would normally spend quite a bit of money in Venchi, as I walked out I let the assistant know they have lost a customer. I thought at a time when economically businesses are not doing well you would treat your customers more fairly.
Good sized store a few minutes walk from Richmond station. I have always loved their gelato and also how their store is furnished. Staff are friendly and helpful. I usually have the medium sized cup with three flavours with mango being my favourite! Hazelnut and pistachio are a close second. Would try other flavours in subsequent visits for sure!
