I applied for a position advertised under Venatu Recruitment Group via a notification I received from Reed.co.uk and I recieved a call shortly thereafter from Anne-Marie at Venatu. As a person left jobless due to the COVID pandemic, after 7 years of working in a great job...the world of job seeking seemed daunting, I felt reluctant...because the process was tough in years before the job I had prior to September last year, but Anne-Marie not only treated me like a human being (something I didn't feel I was getting from the DWP), but was also extremely helpful when it came to suggesting the right job! The one I applied for originally may not have been the best fit, so she put me forward for another one she had on the books and got me a zoom interview. She also offered to do a mock Zoom Interview to prepare me, which I took the opportunity to do as though I had Zoom-met with my former work colleagues, the interview experience would be a little more formal in a manner of speaking. It helped me immensely and although I was unsuccessful, I got nothing but good feedback from the company doing the interviewing and so have been able to confidently handle myself in other interactions I've had since, which has led to me securing a job once again! Honestly, if not for Anne-Marie treating me like a person and not just a number, I may still be floundering in the job-seeking pool! But I am very grateful for all she did for me to get me where I am right now...and even though the job I now have came from a different source, I would recommend Venatu Recruitment Group to anyone! Plus if I need to find work in the future...I know who I will call first!

Annemarie Hutton was my advisor, shortly after I applied for the position I received a call and from that point on Annemarie did everything she could to assist me. She was fantastic, extremely friendly, very professional, kept in touch and updated me promptly. She recommended me for an interview, gave me advice, tips and reassured me when I was nervous. This was the first time using a recruitment agency, I have never needed too before. And of course, we have all heard of some recruitment agency horror stories so I was a little cautious. Admittedly the job role I went for was initially not for myself, for a number of reasons, however I cannot praise the recruitment agency enough, Kim & Francesca have been wonderful every step of the way, dealing with any query I had in the most professional & caring manner. And even when I had issues with the company I went to work for, the recruitment agency were brilliant at dealing with the situation and helping me around it. I genuinely felt like I was appreciated and given the upmost respect for as a person, and I genuinely Hope to continue working with them in the future! If you need help looking for a job, or are a company who are after a recruitment agency, please don’t hesitate to go to these guys, they are honestly great!
