I went there about a month ago to repair my phone. My battery was in really bad condition and my screen was broken. When they gave me the phone back, at first everything seemed good. I went out of the store and on my way to the car the touch screen started failing (this wasn't an issue when I took my phone for repair). I couldn't type correctly and the movement of apps was awkward. Because that was my last day in the Netherlands, I went back to make use of the warranty. When I tried to show them what was happening the phone worked normally. Because my boyfriend had seen it too and I was seemingly worried, the blond guy told me not to worry and that he would look for a solution, but when the dark haired guy saw it was working fine, he said there was nothing to be done that the phone probably just needed an update. I trusted them and left, and it didn't pass more than an hour for the phone to start failing again. Since then, the touch function has been intermitent. Sometimes I can write messages normally and sometimes it's a nightmare to even type a word.

Al sinds jaar en dag is dit de plek waar ik mijn abonnementen afsluit en accessoires voor mijn telefoons koop. Ik ben een vrij intensieve, zakelijke gebruiker met meerdere data sims op één bundel, dus even iemand laten meekijken voor de beste deal pakt meestal voordelig uit en scheelt me een boel tijd. Er wordt je overigens niets aangesmeerd wat je niet nodig hebt; is er geen betere deal te vinden, dan wordt me vriendelijk verzocht het gewoon bij mijn huidige abonnement te houden. Dat schept vertrouwen. Daarnaast heb ik werkelijk nog nooit iemand zó kaarsrecht screen protectors zien aanbrengen op curved screens dan Ronald en Randy. Dat vind ik een kunst op zich

Oudere Cliënt van mij Thuiszorg, haar mobiel werkte niet goed, Whatsapp was vastgelopen. Ze werd heel vriendelijk geholpen. Ze dacht dat ze een nieuwe mobiel nodig had. Maar meneer vertelde dat ze nog zeker 2 jaar met haar mobiel kon doen. Service was gratis. Waar vind je dat nog. Heel goed geholpen!
