Great teaching in the 6 day race. They go properly fast. Get in the front row and really appreciate the speed that the cyclists go. Try and give a high 5 as they go past, I did and still have the bruises to prove it. Absolutely brilliant tho, is like I was part of the event. The actual size of the cyclists is staggering, especially the sprinters. Thighs like you wouldn't believe. How do they for m get trousers to fit?!! The facilities are really good and in meeting with the velodrome. As it's so warm in the velodrome there is plenty of places to buy a cheeky point or three. For London the price of a pint is not to bad. There is a nice choice of food too. The hot dogs are right tasty, with a wide range of toppings to satisfy you!
Haven't been inside but great area to go for a walk or jog
The track is great, smoother than silk.
Really good fun, went as an amateur and enjoyed it!
