Relaxing experience to shop there. We love it.
It's the best place for visit in December. The Xmas decorations with sparkling Xmas lights, it's soo wonderful. The stylists of the place are talented. I feel in the North Pole, where Santa lives. Yes, of course in general day the place still amazing. Many diffrent of plants. The items are well organize, but the prices are a bit over price compare to the other place.
Poor service. 3 young people working their arses off in the tills with an endless queue whilst the remaining staff is seen around the shop small talking rather than opening another till. Their assortment is good, however a tad more expensive than other places. Had this been my store I'd definitely work on the customer service, might be able to get 4*s then.
Good service, lots of plants ranging from small to tree size. Also animals and food for them. Even a small area for interior design inspiration.
Garden center. Anything you need for your garden, from plants to terrace warmers. Plants, trees, small pets and fish, garden furniture and tools, ponds and wells, decoration. Indoor plants too. Pet food and accessories. Well trained personnel. Customer bathroom. Big parking lot. Not easily accessible by public transport.
