OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Washing machine broke and I needed a replacement in a hurry. I rang and spoke to Colin and in just over 2 hours the replacement was here. The 2 gentlemen who delivered and installed it were friendly and professional. Prices are competitive too. I cannot recommend Vaughans highly enough.

We have bought a number of items from Vaughans including microwave oven, electric cooker and a washer. On each occasion they have been competitively priced and they have deliverd on time and isntalled competently. There have been no problems with these items but I am pretty confident that if there were then I would get good service to remedy them, John M.
Great service as allways
As ever superb service. No delay with delivery, old cooker taken away and new cooker fitted. have been dealing with company under the old and new management for more years than I care to remember and have always found them competitive with like for like. The after service cannot be faulted. I have bought many items from them so this is not an isolated case. Can recommend them with complete confidence. I feel lucky to have this shop available in my area.
