I purchased a gift basket for friends for Christmas. I downloaded the app that was to tell me when the basket was being shipped and delivered. The basket was supposedly delivered on Dec 22. It was left at the main door of an apartment building. There is no concierge. I was never informed the basket was delivered until I used the chat feature on the website several days after Christmas. Who leaves a basket worth 150 at a main apartment door? The app still says \shipped\ and not delivered. When I asked about some sort of refund I was told the delivery was considered successful so I dodnt qualify for a refund. I've never liked this company, I'm not sure why everyone speaks so highly of them. I hope whoever took my basket felt good about themselves. You might want to invest in better options for delivery such as actually using the phone number that you ask for in the delivery section. My friends were both home that day as they both work from home, so I can't even know for sure if they basket was delivered to the right address.

I can't comment on the quality of the product because it hasn't been delivered yet. We had the unfortunate luck to have two family members hospitalized the week before Christmas. We decided to send get well gift baskets to both of them. The delivery date stated Tuesday delivery. We ordered them on the previous Dec. 13. It is now Sunday Dec. 20 and STILL NO GIFT BASKETS. I understand that they are busy. SO JUST SAY THAT YOU CAN NOT DELIVER BY THAT DATE. BE HONEST AND BE UP FRONT. YOUR ACTIONS HAVE CAUSED MY FAMILY GREAT EMBARASSMENT. 1Star is being generous. Finally on Dec. 22 they delivered two baskets. The first picture is the one I ordered online. The second picture is what they delivered. In the disclaimer they say that they have the right to substitute products . One or two products I can live with but a whole different basket is not acceptable. These people are not playing with a full deck. I would like management to contact me. Too little too late, The damage has been done.

Unfortunately my experience was bad. I ordered 2 gifts for over 500 and was firstly mislead through an ad stating that shipping is free, but according to the fine print only in Toronto is it free not in Montreal, which was not visible. I paid over 80 in shipping fees at that price I could have bought something locally and delivered it myself. Additionally, my order was delivered to my house instead of my client's which caused a lot of trouble between me and FedEx to redirect the package at a later date. This also caused delays in shipping and the package ended up coming later than I needed it to. Overall, I'm unimpressed and probably will take my business elsewhere.

I received a gift card from a friend to shop for myself from Peter and Paul's Gifts online store. Exquisite selection of products and basket collections made it very difficult to choose my favourite. I finally decided to get the Sweet & Salty Tray Large for myself. I had a great experience and I love the selection and variety of treats specially their own branded custom made gourmet popcorns like Smores!
