First time at GTA and was treated like royalty. Alycia, Alek, Henry, Farad and the entire staff were super professional and thoughtful. Henry, gave me great explanations of the car..was patient to answer all my questions. Never felt pressured or upsold to things i didn’t need. Everything they suggested they offered logical explanations as to why. Looking forward to a great relationship. Thanks!!

chose this location because there is less people, turns out dt location is much more professional than vaughn. didnt mot fix my problem and refuse to further investigate. not coming back
I personally hate going to dealerships for mechanical work I always feel like I'm going to get ripped off. This is not the case with Grand Touring. every time I go I'm greeted with a smile and the service advisor always does the best she can to get me in and out as quickly as possible and I'm never upsold.
