Bought cushions for our Adirondack chairs. Even if they are not very thick, they are very comfortable. Excellent service. Items were shipped and received within a few days.

Only recently discovered this store in Vaudreuil-Dorion after looking for kitchen counter stools. They have a great selection in-store so you can actually try if they have the look and comfort you are looking for. Many custom colour selections to be able to match your decor. Also have a large selection of gaming and patio stuff. Fun store to visit.

I got to say I really appreciate the service I got at Palason. I came in looking for a good set of darts. I knew I was in the right place. The amount of pool tables, foosball tables, ping pong tables, dart boards and accessories of all kinds was impressive. The service was very friendly and helpful and courteous. Even though I spent a little bit more than I wanted to, I got a really good set of darts. And when I used them later that night in the tournament, I played better than I played in a long time!

I purchased my patio furniture and parasol from them about 5 years ago. 2 of the screws of my parasol broke so I had to contact the store. They found my file right away and the manager (Jean-Pierre) was helpful. He directed me to bring the parasol to their warehouse in Lachine. I went to meet Eric and Greg. They fixed my parasol in under 15 minutes - free of charge! Very efficient, knowledgeable and kind people! Great customer service! Thank you, guys! :)

Worst service ever, bought a table there a year ago, installation was terrible, table was totally beat up and was supposed to be a demo but was just beat up. I had to fight with them pay the difference and finally change it for a new model, but had to comeback 2 times to fix small issue and the last time the installation guy was not able to fix it, so hey told me a supervisor will call me back.... They never did I had to send an email back 8 months after to do a follow up..... Long story short a year after today, I still try to get my table fix but say they cannot do it before Januray 2020 since my table is back order. Never go there go somewhere else !!! Worst service ever !
