My South Indian friends got me hooked on this hole-in-the wall place, and now I have to go whenever I am in London. According to my friends the food is perfectly authentic to what they grew up with. I am addicted to their gobi 65 (spicy cauliflower fritters) and stuffed capsicum (a stuffed chili pepper in tomato sauce). Prices are astoundingly low. They used to be cash only but now I think you can use a card if you meet a minimum spend. There is no alcohol served or allowed in the restaurant. Decor is non-existent, furniture is decrepit, and big groups are seated in a back room which is even dingier and less attractive than the front room.

Quick service and fast vegetarian food available at very good prices. The location near the Tube station is great for a quick snack on the way to/from office or to meet friends over a coffee Many times I have visited Vasantha Bhavan Restaurant in Eastham. I tasted huge variety of Indian recipes like North Indian and South Indian recipes. All recipes quality are good. The Recipes are really so delicious. I personally recommended this restaurant for eat South Indian and North Indian recipes
Absolutely loved the food and service was great too. My 4-year-old daughter is a very fussy either, but she loved the pooris and the Dosa. Thank you Vasantha Vilas. Will definitely be ordering again very soon.
