Nothing is too much trouble to this company, they are extremely helpful in every way and their communication is excellent. The products they sell are far and away the best I have come across and they don't make you cough or wheeze as a lot of other peoples vape does as Vapour Parlour only use very high quality VG oil. I use Red Ice and Vim Ice and absolutely love them! Great Company to deal with!

I called the order support number yesterday to ask to arrange pick up, unfortunately the products I ordered were from the warehouse not the shop, all explained in a calm and polite manner. Perfectly understandable, placed the order anyway for delivery. But panic set in, I was searching for all the bottles of liquid I had, scraping together all the dregs I could, turned to watts right dow to preserve my last coil. I prepared myself to somehow make it through to next week. Dark and scary times. This morning, first day off after 7 days, fancied a lay in. All going well till I was abruptly awoken by a delivery man. And behold, I am saved, no longer will I have to face nicotine withdrawal! Absolutely fantastic service, could not recommend enough!
Fantastic shop plenty of stock excellent flavours and amazing staff wouldn't go anywhere else
Absolutely fantastic service and products, didn't think I'd find a shop to replace my old one near work but this place is far superior. Try the nicosalts range, strongly recommend
Really helpful and set me up a new vape. Chuffed to bits. Thank you
