Vapi Vodafone is really very pathetic staff they don't care about the customer they just want to busy with there self and they show that show that they are very helpfull I'm literally disappointed with there service and staff Vodafone vapi they do diserve any kind of rating this is really dump full company

Very very bad service, while changing my sim from vodphone postped to Vi preped this services 6day start my Sim card

Worst service I went there to take new simcard as I want to port my sim from different telecom. But they are taking 50 extra charges of the name of FRC. Whole team is corrupt. In fact, on VI website there is no charges so I register complaint to VI care. Vi customer executive directed me to go another store in vapi, I went there and took new sim card without any charges. Only 399 for 56 days plan.

one of the worst Vodafone store in the country, irresponsible staff, nobody is bothered to the customers, there is a cabin adjoined to the store, most of the staff spend time there instead of attending the customers. never seen such pathetic people testing the patience of consumers, the area manager should take a note of it before it is too late .....

Very very bad service, while changing my sim from vodphone to Vi my mobile in emergency service no network .stop working (no network) my runing mobile stoped by Vi store wala
