Worst place to get your laptop serviced, they took my laptop and returned it to me in worse condition that too with a broken lower case. Secondly no genuine spares i asked them to replace my battery which they did and it did not even last for 6 months later they replaced the battery again and that battery too did not last for 3 months. I got it fixed from the company service centre and they told me the battery was not genuine after getting it serviced from the company service centre my laptop has worked fine. I would rate the with 0 stars if there was an option.
