Went into the Waterloo store today and dealt with a guy called Callum, he is a fab staff member. Don’t usually use this store as I buy online or when i pop into Cleveley’s I go to their store (who are also nice and helpful). Callum has great customer service skills. I felt welcomed into the shop and he dealt with my needs well. Not only did he sell the products well with no pushiness but he also has a warm friendly manner about him and I felt very at ease. Would highly recommend this store! Thanks again Callum
