Customer service is of a caring and attentive kind making you feel welcomed and satisfied. Delivery of products has always been prompt with a high level of quality placed in your purchase before dispatch. I am a frequent visitor and loyal customer to which i have been most impressed and will return again and again when my Eirhorse bottle is empty.

Very good shop. It is very handy to order online and receive your order next day. Eirhorse eliquids are my favorite and I can get them in great price here. It happened occasionally that my preferred flavor was out of stock but always was offered replacements. Overall, very happy with the service.
Service and communication has improved a lot recently. I gave incomplete address and my order was lost. Even though it was my fault they have resend my order to the correct address.
Every order is wrong and late. So frustrating. Done with this crowd. Avoid at all costs. You will not get what you ordered and you have no come back. They ask you to post back the wrong order they send you. No phone number and no accountability.

Have been a customer for years and have found there products brilliant, that is to say when you get the correct products you order. I've received orders with products I didn't purchase and missing products I did. So not very reliable. Their customer service is awful, they do not respond to emails, so you end up chasing them to get things sorted. Will think twice before using EIRHORSE again.
Had a great experience. Best service and prices in Kilkenny by far. Would highly recommend
