Contrary to Consumer Protection law this business refused to repair, replace or refund a faulty Vaporesso PM80. Just over 4 weeks from purchase the built in battery refuses to charge over 40%. Apparently according to their trading terms and conditions in order to be eligible for refund, replacement or repair you must supply the original receipt and ALL the original packaging. I have a bank statement showing the transaction which is acceptable under the Act. I don't have all the original packaging, just the box - in law this is not required. He just hung up on me when I pointed this out, politely I might add. See you in court!
