Very good service knew what they were talking about, been served by two different people during my visits both rob and Carl, and both were very hospitable taking time to help me choose the right device and juices. Very happy with my device I quit smoking completely within a month of using my vape. Very happy :)
Went into the shop in Upminster and recieved amazing customer service from the staff member called Carl. He helped me choose the best set up for my needs. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this shop. Rob the manager has served me also and again the service was well above par

Not surprised this store gets 5 stars - called in the morning just after they opened at 9am (yes, 9am!!) to ask about stock for a Nautilus 2s tank (Nautilus my normal go to) and was pleasantly and professionally “weaned” off that and was totally sold on an Innokin ZLide - the advice was great on the phone and even better when I popped in 15 mins later!! Anyone who wants to start, upgrade or just get some help I would definitely recommend this store. Bit of a pain parking but worth it!! Well done chaps
