We waited in the cold for 30 minutes in the dead of winter (and this was not the first time!), after trying to call and contact the guy many times, and after sending an email with our flight times, (which they had replied to). He finally turned up and was rude and insulting when I tried to make a reasonable complaint. He claimed that the number we had called was for texting only (though he had answered it finally). He understood English perfectly until I was complaining, and then he claimed to conveniently not speak English at all. I asked to speak to the manager, but he claimed he was as good as anyone to speak to. When I asked what they were able to offer us in compensation for waiting in the cold, he then decided that this was a matter he was unable to help me with. The car wasn't clean, as I had paid for, smears everywhere, only light surfaces had a cloth wiped around them. Service was terrible. I will never use this company EVER again. EDIT: After not being responsive to my complaints in person they did write back immediately when they received a bad review, not to try to resolve things or find out what happened, but simply to lay the blame entirely on me. We did everything the way we were instructed to. The company simply left us waiting. I had 3 Finnish people with me who also discussed this with them in Finnish and were also unhappy with our treatment and their attitude towards us. Don't let them fob you off with the whole language barrier nonsense. These people don't respect their customers plain and simple. I never said I paid for upholstery cleaning, but the pathetic attempt they made to clean my car at all was useless. Don't waste your money here, it's better spent on a more customer friendly service.

Convenient but sometimes difficult to use, especially if you do not understand Finnish. There were no staff at the reception, only a very slow tablet computer to register your car, which was only in Finnish. Car parks not allocated just find space in the many rows and remember exactly where your car is if you are coming back at night.

Usually the pick-up time is around 5 minutes. But few times it has been a lot longer. They inform the pick-up time via SMS so you do not have to wait outside the whole time (e.g. if it's cold).
