Booked a 10m3 van that arrived in France already full! We had to squeeze our belongings in and around the turbine blades. The driver was a very helpful guy loading and unloading but the company itself(Or the person in charge) seems unreliable and dishonest. The Van that arrived was a rough looking one, not at all what is advertised on there website. We rang the company when the Van arrived to ask why it was full and their response was, you ordered 10m3 and that's it. They demand to be payed in full online before the Van arrives.(No refunds). Concerned that we would lose the money we payed for it, we made jammed our stuff in. All of our belongings arrived in England with minor damage to some furniture.Very poor experience. I read all the reviews and researched fully before booking, I advise anyone to take note of the negative reviews strongly before considering. Honestly use another company! We were aware that the Van was shared 10m3 for us and 5m3 for the remainder. But filling the majority of the Van before we have even put our belongings in kind of takes the piss. Poor Company

I don't normally write reviews, but since the reviews for VanOne are quite mixed, I wanted to clarify some things. Initially after reading some of the reviews, I was a bit worried. But I was very very pleased with the service. I booked a 5m3 load to go from Vienna to Scotland. There was no communication until the evening before (this was fine). I did use the website chat to ask a few questions before hand and these were answered promptly. On the day itself the van was late, but this was fine as I was told to be flexible having a smaller load. Everything was picked up. Our driver could not speak English as I expected from the reviews, but this was no problem, we communicated just fine anyway and he was lovely. My stuff arrived safely 4 days later as expected. Everything was in perfect condition. In general I would say that if people are expecting a typical removal service, then they should go and pay for one. This gets the stuff from A to B and the price is great. I think from VanOne's side, they would probably do better in making the actual format of the move more transparent i.e. on the website it looks like there is a VanOne fleet of trucks and everyone is in some kind of VanOne uniform. This is not the case, it seems to be different moving companies which are somehow hired, but there is nothing wrong with that! :D I thought it was great and am happy to have all of my stuff with me here :). They transported my belongings from Rome to Edinburgh. It was super easy to book the service online, honest price and super service, very efficient. Everyone was polite and great to deal with. Highly recommended!
Outstanding service at a great price. They were on time and delivered the service they promised plus went the extra mile when I had a problem being able to meet them as planned at my new home. Based on this then they are the only company I would consider if needing their services again.
Smoooooth sailing, I cannot praise VanOne enough! We recently relocated from London to Treviso in Italy, and choose VanOne purely based on their Google reviews, and the enormously useful video illustrating the volume/size of a van we might need (as we had no idea). They were super helpful and quick to response on both web chat and email, and called us to confirm all is in place few days before the move. Both holding deposit and balance payment we completed online through their well designed and easy to operate website. Our driver - Slawek, was an absolute SUPERSTAR and helped us with bulkier furniture as well as secured all of our belongings in the most considered and safe manner. Everything arrived in Treviso 48h later in perfect condition. Moreover, the VanOne price was the lowest out of 9 quotes that I received from various UK removal companies. 5 STARS THROUGHOUT!
