Prompt response and polite but misread my email and told me I couldn't purchase a conversion as they thought I was going to rent it out (which I am not). No response to my clarification afterwards.

I have been using Vanguard Conversions on many occasions over the past year. Nicole and Mark provide an amazing service. I have had blackout curtains, gas heater, Fiamma awning, leisure battery and new charging system amongst many other stuff. Each time the work has been carried out to the highest of standards and van handed back immaculate. These guys are honest and take what they do passionately. They have been so helpful advising me on stuff with my van over the year and I didn't even have my conversion carried out by them. I had rung other companies about getting work done on my van and was basically told that they would not help as I hadn't had my conversion done by them. So it was such a relief to find Vanguard Conversions. I can't recommend these guys highly enough, I only wish I could go higher than 5 stars
While traveling in our campervan though Fort William, we had an issue with a faulty fuse. Luckily, the folks at Vanguard Campervan Conversions were more than happy to help. They were friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you for such great service and for helping us get back on the road!!
