The lady that answered the phone was extremely friendly and helpful I definitely wasn’t expecting that. It made dealing with an uncomfortable situation a lot more comfortable. Thank you

The Vandalia rec. center was a nice place with lots of things for the kids to do, but you are not allowed to open the presents at the rev center, which seems pretty ridiculous

Its all about Jut us. Not justice. Didnt care about actual laws broken by the officer. Didnt care about the parts of the ohio revised code that did not fit their agenda. They just wanted the . Was completely railroaded, in court. I was sent documents with conflicting and dubious dates. And then blamed because i didnt call them to fix a problem created by them. The non juditial staff was friendly and helpful though.

Cynthia heck could have put me away for 180 days and hit me with a 1500 fine but she only made me spend another night in Montgomery county jail. Ik it was only my fist charge but I had 2 days to think ab how long I might stay there and got so nervous while all the inmates said \oh there's no way ur not going home kid.\ I thought I was plane f'ed but she was very fair and honestly for my first court appearance ever I walked out satisfied even having to spend one more night in jail. I believe she is a parent and knows people can change bc she knew speaking to me I was hating jail so she made me spend one more night insted of giving me a fine or more time. Nevertheless she tought me a lesson even with giving mercy, I will never commit another crime \I put that in god himself \.

They were going to allow nude pictures and videos to be shared of me in court by my abusive ex. I told them I spoke to a lawyer which said that’s illegal but they still insisted that would be allowed. So in order not to be treated like a criminal when i am a victim I’m making them drop charges. I will be contacting further legal counsel. What a joke of a system

The local jurisdictions are racketeering everything they possibly can even against out of towners. Terrible place Vandalia. It has a chance to be a shining light for Dayton but instead they are driving good people away...
