Love love love this place and the vibes that come with it. Always come back. The flavors coming from the kitchen are one of a kind and the team is extremely talented. (We loved it so much i forgot to take pictures of the rest of the meals!) For appies we had 3 amazing wild salmon dips, wild bison dip, mushroom and gravy infused bannock, blueberry & sage infused preserved sausage, candied salmon, and bannock crackers A must try for anyone in or coming to Vancouver!

This place is awesome. We came here during the dine out Vancouver festival. The service is amazing. The head server is extremely helpful with wine suggestions. She even let me taste a few samples of the wine. The food is amazing. We came out of the restaurant definitely full and satisfied. Thank you for such a great experience.

I love here, from the food, people to the decoration. Asha is professional. Everything here is warm! Bison meat ball is chewy, with smoke cheese inside. Cedar jelly is a must-try. It's very unique and paired with the fluffy buttery bannock. The Elk Wellington has crispy pastry layer and a little bit smoky flavour. I'm totally full after the Wellington, but dessert is moist and fluffy, just can't stop finishing it. Definitely will come back to try the candied salmon! HY CH' QA!

This is such a wonderful place! It is a full experience, the place is beautifully decorated, the staff is so kind and knowledgeable, and the food is just AMAZING. Definitely a great place to start understanding and connecting with Indigenous culture. We had the honour of celebrating our wedding dinner here, and it exceeded our expectations. They were so accommodating, with so many safety measures of social distancing and cleanliness. They even made us a gorgeous and heart warming traditional blanket wrap wedding ceremony! I think words can't accurately describe the magic of this place and its staff! SUPER RECOMMEND

What a special place. We try to pick up our food so no one get dinged the markup for delivery but today is my birthday. Check out the tasty food that came my way - elk stew (often sold out), still-warm bannock, candied salmon, powwow salmon salad and wild rice ("it's actually a grass", said a handwritten note on the container). Another handwritten note wished me safety. What a nourishing place to visit, in so many ways.

This restaurant is where its at. The price was good for what we got and Salmon and Bannock topped my expectations in every way. The server, the serving size, the food, the ambience, the music... the unique ingredients were all top tier and top tier only! I will even go to say that the owners are shinning representatives of our first nation culture and the real food that belongs to canadian lands! We need more restaurants like these please!

Salmon n’ Bannock is a hidden gem and I’m sad that I hadn’t discovered it early. The food and ambiance are absolutely amazing, but beyond that the staff and extremely welcoming and friendly. Had the pleasure of eating dinner there and this is definitely added to my list of best restaurants in Vancouver. 10/10 would recommend. I will be definitely going there again. I’d recommend the Mushroom Bannock appy and Bison roast - absolutely stunning.

My favorite place when I'm in Vancouver! The friendliest staff anywhere I've been to, the cuisine is AMAZING! Definitely try the mushroom on bannock and the cedar jelly. My husband and I celebrated our wedding dinner there (the only place where he has tried a risotto that he likes) and the staff honoured us with a traditional ceremony, we couldn't have asked for more, they give their 110% in all they do, and my heart, soul and belly always feel full after dining there!
