Be aware, they are cancelling your cruise citing a deposit was missed. Upon calling they confirm no deposit was due and they rebook the cruise. However, the concessions originally given are now reduced. So, your cruise costs more for their error in due date and canceling without notification. Appears to be systematic. The icing on the cake is that all 5 CSR we spoke to were literally the rudest and most incompetent CSR in ANY industry. More disappointing, they are supposed to be a premier cruise line. Having the cruise rescheduled for the 4th time while very annoying, is not the cruise lines fault as it relates to COVID. However, we will NEVER use them again. Buyer be warned!

Loving Princess Cruises. We certainly have the most memorable wanderlust with them. So far Princess Cruise has never failed us. We will be sailing with them again soon.
This was the first time cruising with Princess. We did an Alaskan cruise on the Emerald Princes. We stopped at Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway a brief visit to Tracy Fjord and Victoria. The. Food was good. The mattresses were comfortable. The enternatment was Fantastic! Alex did an amazing job as cruise director. We did an excursion in each port except Victoria were we decided to just explore by foot. Overall we really loved the cruise. I would recommend this cruise line.
It's a shame that the virus has interrupted cruising. Book for a cruise to Alaska next August. Vancouver to Vancouver 14 days on Coral Princess. Hopefully the vaccine will be developed.
Loved them.. will sail with them again. Already booked the next one.
