Let's face it, I could have bought this particular car at a lot of different places. It's a low mileage trade-in 2016 BMW M4. Incredible car. I maybe even could have saved a couple hundred bucks going to some other place. So why did I buy from this dealership? This turned out to be a great experience right from the moment of walking in. I was lead through the whole process with ease and Zane was always looking to see what else he could do to help me. The car was newly traded in so when I saw it, they hadn't had time yet to look after some nicks on the rims, a small dent on the rear quarter panel and the engine needed detailing. I felt like McLaren has to always have the best care for their customers and probably work with the best service providers. Some customers invest sometimes 200K-300K and more on a car and I doubted they use various service providers for different cars. I was right, when I came back to pick up the car it was in showroom condition. Not many dealers would have the proper suppliers these guys use for detailing, dent removal, rim repair etc. Also, think about it, If your a service provider lucky enough to do work for a McLaren dealership, that's not something you would take lightly either, so every job probably has to be next level service and quality to avoid being cut-off. I highly recommend looking at the trade-in inventory here and working with Zane.
