My family has used Ensign Pacific for years and they've always been wonderful. For our most recent transaction, Al Rudin helped us, and he could not have been more helpful and professional! We had a pretty tall order- trade in our used SUV for two 'like-new', yet more economical vehicles (and with specific colours, makes, price point). Well, Al came through in spades. My partner and I both came away very happy with our new vehicles, which were exactly what we wanted! And the service didn't stop when we drove off the lot. Al was available after the transaction to answer any vehicle questions we had. The experience could not have been easier- thanks again Al! We'll be back again.

It was a great experience. Mark Bremner is an awesome person. He helped me a lot. This was my first time buying car in Canada and was hustle free experience only because of Mark. He is so kind always answerable for any questions. Also, I would like to mention their manager,Al rudin was also amazing personality. They provide me detailed information without any hidden price. I am so glad that i got my grand cherokee from Ensign Pacific.

Jordan was very helpful and accommodating. Really appreciated the test drive on my own. Got a great deal on my used Ford Focus and was very happy that the dealership took care of the (minor) deficiencies on the car before the purchase. I would definitely recommend Ensign Pacific to anyone looking to buy a car.

I recently purchased a brand new vehicle here after having no connection to this dealership and having never been to it. I called Ensign to do some price checking and was redirected to one of the sales staff - Allan. He was so genuine and a real throwback to a day when people just connected and spoke plainly. He provided no pressure whatsoever and actually just wanted to help me find a vehicle that was right for me. Well after buying vehicles every few years from the same dealership, I decided to buy from Al and am so happy I did. He gave me an excellent deal and a real old-school, we're both members of the same community experience and I 100% recommend this dealership for anyone that is tired of feeling like a commodity or dealing with high pressure corporate sales types.
