Signature Flight Support VNY West - Van Nuys Airport

The front desk service here does not say Hello! Or bye. Or thanks. Samantha offers and represents the worst front desk FBO service I’ve ever experienced. She needs to be retrained or removed.

Very nice facilities. Lots of big time jets parking here so you feel like an ant in a Cessna but otherwise very pleasant

Very poor communication from front desk to line service regarding inbound requirements. It took a long time to get the fuel truck to swing by. Once I made a fuss, they made an effort, but when you’re buying 500 gallons of jet fuel, you shouldn’t have to beg for it. In 30 years of using Signature, it was not a very good example. Never had any problems with Signature East on the same field.
