Jamie did an excellent job cleaning out my koi pond. He was very efficient and thorough and also gave me good advice regarding care of my fish. He was very conscientious regarding wearing PPE. I would recommend Jamie to anyone. 10/10 for customer service.

Our pond was leaking - new liner needed. After discussion with Jamie we could not resist a re vamp of the whole thing (no hard sell at all) and so very glad we did. The pond and surrounding area is now simply lovely. Fish are very happy too. So nothing but praise for Jamie and his colleague. Their manner patience and knowledge was top hole. Our experience leads us to wonder at the credibility of anyone who posts a bad review - either a professional complainant or perhaps an inferior competitor?
Valley Pond Maintenance cleaned out my dads pond and put new filters in. The service and commutation was excellent, I could not recommend them enough
