The luncheon here brought a series of mavelous, refined dishes, accompanied by a selection of excellent wines. Attentive service under the watchful eye of the proprietress. The restaurant has a generous, welcoming atmosphere and a great quality/price ratio. A most highly recommended restaurant for an optimal culinary experience in Valladolid.

Disappointing! The food looked good but the taste was not at a Michelin star level. Two of the dishes were extremely salty bordering on inedible. The wine we selected from the wine list was average at best. Service was polite.
Michelin one star. Richly deserved. Absurdly cheap menu terroir. Great wine list. There is a lot of Ferran Adrià scientific cuisine influence here but very authentic. The service is equal to the star. Located near the cathedral. Nice room.
