Called right before opening for lunch. We had the chicken croquettes, grilled squid and seafood paella. Let me tell you this : first the service was impeccable. As soon as we arrived we were well treated. The atmosphere is definitely high end restaurant vibe. Not much noise. Nice decor. The food ; you need to have the croquettes & the grilled squid. Both were amazing. The flavors we on point. I never had grilled squid served that way with the ink. The flavors are just there. The paella was also good. I will not say amazing because I wasn't completely mesmerized. However, it was probably one of the best I've had in a while. It take 45min to cook so at least it's fresh. Price ? Definitely worth it if you have extra cash. If not, with a little research you'll find amazing restaurants for cheaper.

Great paella options and tasteful selection of wines and appetizers based on the Valenciana Cousine. Be ahead and make a reservation in order to reduce waiting time. Friendly staff and close to Bioparc (if you are interested in some wild experience). Prices are very much competitive as well
