This was a great buying experience! Our Salesperson, Mark Malasig was eminently professional. We discussed the deal through the Internet and phone calls. When we arrived, there was NO BAIT & SWITCH, nor that despised \BUMP\ (raising the price when you get there). You will meet the Sales Manager and you'll enjoy the friendly Finance Manager. And we got a cool giant bow on top at the delivery of our immaculate car. The best thing is that it was done within 2 hours, start to finish and we got the price and trade-in we originally expected and agreed upon. In sum, unlike other snooty Lexus dealers, this one was relaxed, down home and enjoyable. IF YOU WANT TO BUY A LEXUS...THIS IS THE PLACE! Kudos to the Lexus crew and thank you...all you!!!

Took my 2017 Lexus rc with certified warranty to investigate an intermittent speaker issue. The dealers response was “since we are unable to replicate the issue, we cannot do anything about it”. Otherwise great service. Just don’t get unlucky!!

Very great, easy process. We inquired online, Al contacted us quickly.. we applied online and Al called back with our approval rate and monthly payment. We drove in the next day from out of town and everything was already done and waiting on us. Left the lot within an hour with a beautiful Lexus. Annnddd they surprised us with an even better rate than was first given to us. Great all around experience. Will definitely be going back to AL. Most comfortable ride ever, I drive it everywhere and it came with amazing vehicle maintenance service :) IG @juans_big_ash
