Fantastic manufacturer of windows doors, always happy to help.
We bought windows from this company in may 2018 as we were renovating our home. Had no issues and the staff were very helpful. This is the reason I have provided 2 stars - based on 2018. Called today to order the last few window glass needed but needed to wait for a call back due to \issues with phone lines\. Didnt call back in the time they said they would. We called back two hours later and explained who we spoke to. Gentleman put us on what he thought was hold and was asking the man we gave the name of if he knew anything about it and was laughing. We were then cut off. How embarrassing for them. We called back again explaining we just want a quote and to order. The man put us back on hold and again the line went dead. We didnt bother calling again nor did they call us back therefore suggesting they didnt want our custom. Sounded like they were having a good time in the office, not taking our custom serious and was having a laugh. We called another company and was answered by a polite man who was able to give us a quote straight away with the measurements we provided. Much easier.
