This vet makes you feel like your pet is the most important pet to them. They inspire confidence and you feel welcome and valued. This makes me less anxious if there’s a problem and this makes my dogs less reluctant than their previous experiences at other practices. Highly recommend. V compassionate

I was seen very quickly without initial appointment. My cat was seen and given medication for something we personally didn't find, within less than 10 mins. Perfect social distancing and covid safety. Staff well informed on medication. Price for consultation and medication very reasonable. Can't thank them enoigh

The whole experience of visiting Vale Vets is always really lovely, both for myself and my partner, and our pets. We have a house rabbit and three chinchillas registered with Vale Vets. The entire team - the receptionists, the nurses, and the vets - are clearly animal lovers themselves and really fuss over our gorgeous house-bunny, Reggie, who loves the attention. He's also really at ease during our visits too.
