It is a very well run and organised place. The ward is brilliant and delivers outstanding care. The MIU area down stairs is very well.organised staff are very friendly and it has an amazing system for the covid vaccinations

An outstanding hospital with an amazing team of professionals. My dad is currently a patient and we have been given so much wonderful support in a very hard time. Each person working at Vale has come across as friendly and supportive and the rooms, facilities, cleanliness and food are first class. In addition, in the waiting room they have a collection of lovely cards, books and some locally made items to purchase through donating to Vale Friends. Definitely a worthy cause and currently they have valentines and Mothering Sunday cards.

Great local hospital. Happy, friendly, unassuming staff. Good for day patients, and non emergency treatment. Also hosts palliative care for specialist treatment. No inpatients for Joe Public. Nearest hospital is Stroud. Nearest A&E and Fracture Clinic is Gloucester Royal.
