This shop was in the perfect location for us, with helpful staff and no waiting time! It was also the first time that everything provided fitted perfectly first time. I'm assuming that this was aided by their new scanner, but mostly down to the competent staff. Will definitely use if staying in La Daille again.

I would post zero stars if I could. Nice polite family, speaking French when we could, not fussy at all and yet treated appallingly by the incredibly rude owner as we returned our equipment. Money is king not customer service here, a disappointing end to an otherwise incredible week skiing in Val D’Isère. Avoid this shop if at all possible, your blood pressure will thank you.
I hired my equipment from here and I was absolutely happy with the equipment and the staff.

Chouette station accessible à tous. Le funiculaire et la nouvelle télécabine sont top pour un accès rapide aux pistes ! Possibilité de rejoindre\ la daille\ ski aux pieds.
Une équipe formidable à l'écoute des clients et offrant d'excellents conseils même à des skieurs chevronnés . Nous y allons depuis des années en toute confiance. Matériels skis et chaussures au top pour toute la famille. Un très grand merci encore pour cette semaine exceptionnelle grâce aussi au matériel. Bravo à toute l'équipe. À recommander sans hésiter
Je croyais que le client était Roi? Oui, mais pas dans ce magasin. Une accueille terrible, un patron qui prends le client pour un boulet au lieu de le traiter avec respect. C’est quand même nous qui vous font vivre Monsieur. Il est grand temps de changer de métier, n’importe quoi mais surtout pas dans les relations clientèles. En gros allez ailleur.
