Phil the manager of the shop was able to help us at short notice when we needed a pair of touring skis. He was kind enough to call at 8.35 to confirm they were available. When we arrived they were ready and waiting and we had the best day out on the mountain.

Got charged 150 for 6 days ski hire of Rossignol HD 84 skis. Apparently after the 25% discount. Proper price should have been about 115. ONLY hire here if you have a quotation in advance. I hire skis in Val d'Isere every year and I will never return here.

Le meilleur shop de la station ! Un accueil chaleureux (pour tout ceux qui rentrent dans le magasin!) et un personnel à la fois très aimable et très professionnel, une combinaison rare dans le centre de Val d’Isere !). Le matériel est très bien et l’ensemble des équipements en vente très bien choisis, y compris dans la gamme de prix. Je recommande chaudement t !!
