What a great 'find' this place was - I've been coming here for years and years because you can trust Roger to give you great advice on fixing your appliance. Even if it means that he loses a repair because it's not economically viable. On most occasions, he can sort out whatever's wrong at a very competitive price. Whatever he says, you can take it to the bank. Great guy too. Thanks

Had spoken to Dyson twice & had video link chat to their customer services. Kept sending wrong parts. Five minutes inside this shop vacuum had been diagnosed & repaired. Very impressed.
Very knowledgeable owner also honest I had a Dyson v6 hoover which I thought was a faulty switch. It turned out it just needed a filter it was fixed there and then for me so very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Thank you
The service from this shop was outstanding. I called before I went and explained what was wrong with my Dyson Vacum as it wasn’t working. I took it in and Roger the proprietor said it needed a new cable and suggested a service. The price was very reasonable he quoted and he said he would call me if there was any additional work required. I got my vacuum back within days, a service and cable change for less than 30.00! Extremely good value for money I can’t recommend this place enough!
