Five stars is 4.5 stars is three stars. Great food, refined and refreshing, and great wines. Cutlery was unpolished which is something you do not expect for a place of this stature and price level, but more five than four

One of the memorable restaurant during my Holland trip. People usually say that it is worth to travel to the three michelin star reataurant and was toally worth it to drive all the day from Amsterdam. It was located in little village but with the splendid interior and amazing plating/taste. I will definitely go again when I go back to Holland!
Reasonable price. Will definitely come back for your langoustine in the future.
One of the few 3 Michelin starred restaurants in the Netherlands, with good service and interesting dishes and flavor combinations that appear primarily Dutch in sensibilities and some Asian touches, which is de rigueur nowadays. Wouldn't say any of the dishes truly knocked it out of the park, but an overall enjoyable dining experience.
Probably one of the best bang-for-your-buck 3* dinners I've ever had. Food was very well executed, but definitely more classic in style (if you consider nouveau French classic). The restaurant is owned by a husband-wife team - he is the chef and she runs front-of-house. There are relatively few tables, and they are handled by a minimal waitstaff. Overall, very good quality and a lot of food. Certainly worth a trip from Amsterdam.
