I bought a second hand car from the V12 Wolverhampton branch at the end of last year. I also opted for a 1 year AA warranty as part of the purchase. Overall it has been a positive experience and I would definitely use them again. There were a few issues with the car that came to light after taking it home and having it serviced. However, between V12 and the AA they got them sorted at their cost. Buying anything second hand has its risks, even more so with cars, so its reassuring to know that they are there to support you. Thanks. My only negative (hence the reduction of one star) is that I booked an appointment time too see a sales rep but it took close to an hour to be seen as they were busy. Not a major issue but it is worse when you have your wife, an 8 year old and a 5 year old in tow (there is only so many times I am willing to play eye spy!). I provided feedback on the day to the Manager that if you are going to have appointments you should stick to them. Overall though really pleased with the car. Thanks again.

Went to look at a Passat, drove away that very same day with a Passat! Great service from Richard, very down to earth guy who likes a chat. Part exchanged my old car and got more than expected. Was told about diamond brite and the aa warranty, both of which I took out. The car looks fantastic and brand new. Keep up the good work V12.
Fantastic service . Huge knowledge about all cars. Professional advice , non pushy like usual with lots of dealers unfortunately. Everyone in the office is nice and helpful. I am very happy with an experience at V12 sports and classics Wolverhampton. Good job guys
Good selection of cars. Friendly staff. Easy going, wasnt annoying and in our faces like a couple of other car dealers we visited. Was able to test drive a few on short notice. Dealt with Selena Parkash, nice girl, good banter.
Went for a new car and cannot rate them enough. Extremely helpful, went out of their way to make sure I was happy with car and make sure I could pick it when I was able to. No pressure to buy optional extras but they were offered. Extremely helpful staff who made me feel extremely comfortable and happy with my decision on my next car. Would definitely recommend!
