The HR department in Kenya is very unprofessional and is lacking vital competencies. They are filling positions not based on the job/educational background somebody has but on pure sympathy. Hence I can not recommend world vision.

Honestly one of the worst NGOs I ever came across when it comes to HR. It seems like they put more value on Christianity and agreeing with their Christian core values instead of Looking at the qualifications someone has. Therefore NOT recommended.
