Fantastic team of honest trustworthy professionals who say what they do and do what they say. Pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process of developing 4 new build townhouses. Aftercare is also excellent offering to help with any issues after works have been completed. Would be happy to recommend Technocrates and hope to work with them again in the near future. I hope this company will never have the permission to build anything in this country again! Cheap materials and cheap labour leading to so many snagging and repairs. Disgusting, such bad company.

The comments relate to Suijin LTD - the development company. The purchasers deal was abandoned with monies being returned. Technocrates is the contractor and a different company altogether

Unprofessional and not transparent building company who wasted months of our time. Personally have dealt with the CEO Nabeel, who took our money yet wouldn’t reply to emails and would mislead about the agreements made. Stay clear. Following the above the company has threatened legal action unless we remove it - more reason to stay clear.
