We ordered topsoil which was very good - really fresh and full of a good mix - I was very impressed with the quality. There were a few large stones and rocks mixed in which was a shame as we’d spent such a long time removing them from our own lawn to have a load more to remove from the topsoil but other than that I couldn’t fault the quality and from research found that this is a common occurrence in ordering topsoil. We then ordered turf which was delivered very quickly and was a very good quality. It’s been laid for 12 days now and is lush and growing wonderfully. Really pleased with the quality of both topsoil and turf received. Also pleased with the help from the team when I called them. We now have a very impressive lawn. I would recommend them.

Bought economy topsoil. They state has foreign material however Full of shards of glass, not suitable for filling and would be dangerous for any use that would have anybody walking over it, even with layered sod. They also state small stones etc but the shards of glass are as big as an inch and half. See Picture. Tried to sort out directly with them, their response was telling me I purchased the incorrect product and i had all ready used half of it. I now have a back garden unsafe for the foreseeable future for my kids. L09

Excellent customer service and prompt delivery but the multi purpose topsoil I received does not match in any way the description on the website, Whereas it is described as \blended topsoil screened to 10mm\, with all sorts of goodies added like essential plant nutrients and wetting agents, what I received is full of pieces of wood and other debris with lumps of clay bigger than my fist. It could have been dug up on a demolition site. By the time it is sieved, I doubt there will be more than half the quantity that could be reasonably described as topsoil. Very disappointing.

DO NOT USE Unreliable, no phone contact only email. Wouldn't give a day or time slot, after 3 days of waiting the delivery didn't arrive. Demanded an immediate refund on my credit card to which they replied their transport department said the delivery had been made. Demanded yet again an immediate refund as delivery had not been made and have raised a dispute with my credit card company to get the 84 back.

Extremely dissappointed. Completely damaged grass delivered and upon compalint excuses after excuses made, the company keeps on insisting us to lay damaged grass a d keeps blaming us for not laying the grass straightway. They are deliberately ignoring ourcomplaint not trying to even understand how much distress they are causing to my whole family. If anyone is trying to buy any turf please dont waste your money, beacause this company does not lookafter you. When you call to explain the staff is so so rude !!!!!
