We have been renting through the agency for a couple of years now and we are very content with the service. The team is friendly, helpful, reliable and responsive. The properties we were shown when we were searching were always in great condition. When our landlord has sold the flat we rented, they helped us finding a new one in time so the landlord could have the flat back in time and made arrangements for the new place to meet our expectations. Repair requests have always been addressed in a timely manner and once we even got some extra help while we were away. We were gone for 2 weeks and only after our plane had taken off I remembered that I forgot to take out the rubbish. As I did not want to leave it in the flat to rot for 2 weeks, I sent an email to the agency as soon as we landed and the next day we had the reply that they would be sending someone to dispose the rubbish for us. This is more than one could ask for, I highly recommend them.

We (my husband & myself) have recently in July 2016 rented the first property in Ickenham having moved from outside London. Happy with the service provided from day one when I went to see the property. Michelle was the first staff member I interacted even before I knew other agents. She showed me the property promptly. I found her to be very friendly, pleasant, helpful & professional. Michelle is super efficient, viewings were on time, queries answered immediately, etc. The process of setting up the rental agreement etc was done very efficiently. Michelle (and James) were very helpful with arranging our tenancy. Prompt service & returned calls when promised. Any kind of issues faced, they let me & my husband know. They connected us to the handyman and property manager for maintenance who always sort out any issue small or large, going out of the way sometimes. Lakin & Co are excellent. The staff fully understood our required criteria and were able to deliver and meet our needs... Agent fees: Good. Not sure as this is our first property we rented. Also never stayed in London earlier.
They are my current lettings agency , their service is brilliant and helped my move-in experience seamless and process has been automated. Finally, I locked the door with my keys inside, they are kind enough to assist with a spare key in no time. I highly recommend them based on my experience.
We chose Larkin & Co as our property manager to help us with leasing our house due to us moving to Canada. We had used them in the past as renters ourselves and loved that everyone we dealt with was friendly, honest and professional. They were very diligent during the pandemic, especially when we had potential tenants viewing the house. I am so pleased we had Michelle & Chris helping us get to grips with everything that is required to lease a property. They were quick to respond to queries and very supportive.
