Relatively small order of a couple of monitors failed twice because of their poor website not allowing elements of a profile to be updated. Namely invoice address. Secondly won’t ship to a different delivery address when paying with a business card. The chap I spoke to was relatively helpful but clearly didn’t have all the tools at his disposal to take the order over the phone so suggested I created a new account and start again. And I’m sure in T&Cs there are clauses explaining all this but when all you need are a couple of monitors, a keyboard and a mouse it’s not a great first experience. Such a shame as you want to work with a smaller British company rather than the mega distributors that cover so much of the market. I might be unusual in my experience but I’m just sharing as a watch out to others.

Ordered and paid for an item, only the invoice confirming my purchase arrived in my post. The item itself never arrived, I've contacted the company a few times, no responses whatsoever. Money and time wasted, I'd recommend doing business with any other company and give these guys a big fat pass.

Beware!!! We need to take this company to court! We have ordered some products, they sent the wrong items and returned the items back! No refund and they destroyed the goods. We end up with no goods and no money back! Beware !!!!

Be aware of the 20 e-stocking\ fee when buying from this company. They don't tell you about it when you're buying. Very very cheeky. That means that you'll have to pay them to return any items you bought from them! I bought something online from their very well SEOed site that pops up straight away. The item was not suitable. I emailed asking for a refund, received no reply. Then, 3 weeks later I finally called them I was informed that there is a 20 re-stocking fee. So, if I wish to return an item that I bought as a business I'd be paying 20 and receiving back 5 (the cost of the item). Nowhere, in any of the emails that I received in the process of buying there was a mention of this fee. Very cheeky.
