This is a great place to shop for pond and aquarium supplies. Fast, efficient service. Never had any problems with delivery, damaged items, or customer service. I have several of their products and I am very happy with them. My aquarium has never looked better since installing them. They also sell on Amazon and eBay as well as their own website. Well worth a visit to their website.

Item has still not arrived despite being told is was dispatched and would be here 8 days ago. Customer service is appalling...a ticket service in what seems a massive queue as I am still waiting on a reply 5 days later! Simply not good enough! No communication or correspondence whatsoever regarding item delivery. They should not be selling items and promising the delivery of same if they can't provide the service they claim to implement. My advice is to go elsewhere. I wont hold my breath for it arriving before Christmas. And don't bother with your s**t generic replies about the pandemic and delays. This should have been made clear prior to purchase to give customers the right to an informed decision. Quick to take our money though eh?

I bought an external filter via the website. The filter itself is fantastic and really quiet. The item was delivered quickly and I am really pleased. However I had difficulty with the website and their chat bot was less than useless. Nevertheless I can’t fault the product or the delivery.
